Shipping policy

All items purchased with a shipping address will be shipped. We will only assign items as an in store pickup if the customer chooses "in store pickup" during checkout.

We typically ship within 24-48 hours or sooner. If you have not received a shipping notification within 48 hours, please reach out to amanda@southerngraceneedlepoint.com

Days that the shop is closed or certain holidays might affect shipping time.

We ship using USPS for all of our orders.

Once a product is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the the handling of the item through the postal service. However, if you have any shipping issues, please contact us to see how we can help.
